About Me

 Hi, I am Dave Crewe and I live on the beautiful Isle of Wight with my wife and two dogs.  I have three grown up children and a 14 year old grandaughter.  I am a keen magician and enjoy website and app development, problem solving and flying my drone!.  My passion, however is developing people and I am an NLP Master Practitioner as well as an Executive Coach.  I have wide and varied experience in Children’s Social Care at a senior level and I have co-delivered a Keynote speech on services for Unaccompanied Asylum Seeking Children at a national conference for Local Authority Chief Executives and Directors of Children’s Services.

 I mainly undertake freelance/agency Interim work with Local Authorities and will travel to most places.
